Kids Club is a weekly afterschool program for kids to have a place to learn, play, and grow. Our goal is to provide a space for families to know their children are being cared for, helped with their homework, and be safe.
We meet once a week after busses have dropped kids off with parents or guardians, who are able to bring them from 4:30-4:45. The first half hour of our time is devoted to helping kids settle down from school through simple activities and play.
Following this time, there will always be a facilitated homework period, snack, and recreation. Other events and activites will vary.
Children are available for pickup from 5:45-6:15. In the future, as the program grows, we hope to be able to provide the option for children to be bussed directly to the church.
